Position Purpose: Serve as a liaison to Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and Enhance Multi Service Markets (eMSMs). Closely monitor delivery of customer service and support and resolving local problems, issues and concerns. Recommend and implement strategies for resolving differences and improving service quality and timeliness. Research and respond appropriately and timely to inquiries from MTF customers regarding eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, referrals/authorizations, network operations and access to care.
Serve as onsite customer liaison to our primary government customer, Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Enhance Multi Service Markets (eMSMs).
Facilitate the resolution of any clinical questions or issues that arise during the referral, authorization, and/or enrollment processes.
Communicate customer business performance plan goals with management team and work to align and integrate with business objectives.
Review and resolve referral and enrollment errors; research root cause and coordinate with staff to implement corrective strategies.
Ensure enrollment, referral, and authorization processes are tailored to local needs; identify process improvement and assist with implementing new processes.
Recommend and implement strategies for resolving differences and improving service quality and timeliness.
In partnership with the MTFs, identify and develop opportunities for optimization to support DHA transition and market deliverables.
