ZacharyPiper Solutions is currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst in Bethesda,MD to join a growing IT solutions & consulting company supporting the National Institute of Health (NIH).



Responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Supporting a custom software application built for the federal grants system
  • Effectively communicate with professionals who are using the application externally
  • Effectively handle times of high call volume
  • Work closely with tier 2/3 as well as developers to help troubleshoot end user issues

Qualifications for Service Desk Analyst:

  • 2-3+ years of professional end user support or service desk support role
  • 2-3+ years of experience using a ticketing system and Help Desk Tools
  • Must be willing to work 11 AM – 8 PM shift
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Compensation for the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Salary Range: $40,000-$50,000 based on experience
