The Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage oversees food and beverage leaders and provides operational oversight and support to all of TPG Hotels and resorts Independent (non branded) properties located throughout the US. This individual is directly overseeing profitability, culinary training, menu development for new build full service hotels and signature restaurant concepts. Key areas of focus include ensuring financials stay within budgeted guidelines, leading and managing kitchen design, OS&E; specifications, menu and recipe development, recruiting and training of culinary talent. Additionally, this role supports fiduciary performance responsibility for culinary operations including all relevant cost metrics. This role also requires a polished communicator for interacting with ownership, corporate leaders, and property teams.
What you will be doing
Signature Restaurant Concept Development and Execution.
Lead kitchen design & OS&E.;
Develop menus and recipes.
Recruitment, Hiring, and Training of key management level culinarians.
Lead Culinary Management Training Program.
Lead recipe costing process.
Lead food safety & sanitation training per company standards.
Develop tools for all F&B; operations.
The ideal candidate for this position
At least ten years of food and beverage experience in the hospitality industry required.
Hotel and restaurant opening/pre-opening required.
Previous Director or Food and Beverage operation experience preferred.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule and travel throughout the US
