This position is responsible for:
- Repairing PC's, Printers & other Computer Equipment
- Preparing new equipment for delivery to customers.
- Providing phone based support to customers to resolve software and hardware issues.
- This position will frequently require travel by car to local businesses to provide on-site service.
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong Computer aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Reliable car for travel to customer locations (reimbursed for mileage)
- Candidates will need to pass a background check
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a computer support position. Experience in Point of Sale Systems and/or Restaurant Experience is a plus but not required. This position is paid hourly and will be required to work overtime as needed. The compensation range for this position is $35k -$40 k per year.
