Full Job Description
Night Watch staff is responsible for providing safety and security for students between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Student safety and security is maintained through visual bed checks and the coordination of student needs with Night Watch Supervisors.
Provide accurate documentation on paperwork and remain awake and alert while on duty.
This position requires sitting for long periods.
Follow the Program Structure and to uphold the rules of the program.
Attend necessary training
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
This is a good position for those with facility security, security officer or security Associate experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Legally able to work in the USA and no time-limited VISA
High school diploma or GED Preferred
Background Screening Clearance
TB Screening, mandatory
Prior experience in residential treatment setting preferred.
