About the RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to take raw files delivered from the Creative team, and package them into different ad campaigns across channels (i.e. Facebook/IG, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
This role works in the Media Planning team. Our job is to make sure the ads are seen in the right place by the right people. We ensure advertising assets are created, ads are displayed to the right audiences, campaigns are optimized – and, ultimately, clients are happy.
Note: This role is not related to organic social media or community management. It’s a digital advertising execution role.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE loves everything digital. You’ve worked at an agency trafficking ads, understand how to successfully target an audience, and have enough practical experience (at least 1 year) to spot potential pitfalls and errors before campaigns go live. You’re a resilient problem-solver, always looking for creative workarounds to obstacles. And lastly, you’re super-organized at managing and monitoring multiple campaigns and budgets, without becoming overwhelmed by the workload.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, campaign strategies, and ad channels – with very real budgets – and grow into a world-class senior marketer. You’ll report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
You’ll be doing things like:
- Running campaigns: Assisting our Digital Marketing Manager on ongoing projects such as implementing new campaigns, monitoring and optimizing, and reporting on digital campaigns
- Tracking KPIs: Tracking campaign status and budgets, campaign schedules, managing campaign progress, and producing regular campaign metrics
- Analyzing Performance: Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points for clients.
- Reporting: Helping manage reporting frameworks for campaign performance and revenue tracking
- Market Research: Providing market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and trends
- Other Admin Tasks, as assigned: Performing general marketing, administrative, and coordination duties
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- 1-2 years experience using real ad budgets to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on at least one major ad platform (i.e. Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping), Amazon, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Grit, passion, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist a multi-channel team in the development of large-scale marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of E-commerce best practices
- Experience tracking and reporting on performance advertising KPIs using analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics, native ad platform reporting tools)
- Strong written and spoken English: You can communicate with your peers, spot mistakes in advertising copy, and present findings to others
- Strong project management skills across multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and transparently in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
- Attention to detail in a highly tactical, execution-focused environment
Bonus if you also have:
- Experience working in an agency
- Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Blueprint, etc.
- Proficiency with Google Merchant Center
- Experience with email marketing using web-based tools (MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with landing page creation (Unbounce, Instapage, WordPress)
- Proficiency with Google Drive or Microsoft Office is an asset
- Experience with managing multiple budgets at the same time
Working Hours: Semi-flexible, with 4 hours of overlap between 9 AM-5 PM EDT
Full-time vs. Part-time: Full-time
Education: University or College degree with a focus on Business or Marketing, or comparable work experience
Level: Junior (1-2 years of work experience), Intermediate (3-5 years)
Compensation: 🇵🇰140-250K PKR/month (🇨🇦CAD$631-1,127/month), depending on experience
