The Learning Content Specialist in partnership with the Content Design and Developer will assist to develop storyboards as needed to support the development and review process.
Ensures the development of learning content, as outlined in the design and development solution, leveraging design elements, needs analysis results, information from role experts, stakeholders/SMEs, existing content, and designed learning solutions.
Gather and organize the most useful information from both internal and external sources into one easily accessed location
Build, maintains, edits and modifies learning assets that are designed and developed in support of the divisional blueprint
Supports translations and localizations as required, coordinates and manages content reviews and sign-offs with stakeholders
Seeks out opportunities to gain efficiency, reduce cycle time, reduce waste, and improve quality of experiences/deliverables.
Incorporates feedback from learning evaluations into future design and development activities and updates training materials and programs
Ensures all new content creation is aligned with governance guidelines for appropriate solution.
Content Steward, manages content curation and tagging (contextualization & maintenance) Test, Release, management and Inventory– archiving and retiring
Maintain the information and learning assets in the collection to ensure they remain relevant and up to date. Uploads and/or updates content in the content management system
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience (or 1+ years with Master’s) with minimum 1 year of experience selecting, implementing, managing, and/or maintaining learning solutions and content management/inventory
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
Agility, flexibility, working in a fast-paced iterative environment
Degree in a field of study and/or certification in communication and/or learning technology is preferred
Experience in learning solutions
Experience working in a corporate learning organization /setting
Experience supporting internal and external clients across multiple divisions
Experience in a global or multi-national business setting
Knowledge & Competency Testing and Assessments
Ability to storyboard for video creation
