As a member of the Organizational Effectiveness team, the Learning & Communications Coordinator will assess and respond to training and development needs of call center agents and leaders, including preparation of training programs;identifying instructors/resources, delivering education/training programs to specific audiences within the call center, and act as training liaison with program and account teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish training project plans and resource and session schedules for in-person, virtual and online training events and initiatives in three locations
  • Publicize and promote training events using established processes and communication mediums
  • Deliver, and maintain training curriculums and assets such as virtual, e learning, on-demand videos, or interactive tutorial simulations
  • Administrator responsibilities for the enterprise Learning Management System, communication portal (ECO) and gatekeeper of schedules, curriculums, assessments and other inventories
  • Reinforce the guidelines for governing the LMS, ECO and other learning/communication tools to all key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate understanding of instructional design principles; participate in both delivery and evaluation of training sessions where appropriate
  • Maintain, develop, and test user training materials for web-based, instructor-led training, self-paced labs, and other online training content
  • Produce progress and completion reports; other LMS data sets as needed for evaluation purposes
  • Monitor and answer learning system and schedule related tickets in a timely fashion
  • Collaborates with HR, WFM, Managers and Instructors to plan, schedule and administer new hire, on boarding and continuing education training

Skills and Requirements:

  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Adult Education, Psychology, Communication or related discipline is preferred
  • Experience coordinating large scale training initiatives and learning projects
  • Effective, engaging and professional communication and leadership skills
  • Adept at managing client and stakeholder expectations
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook); Adobe Captivate; virtual communication mediums (Zoom, WebEX, GoToMeeting, Skype, Slack)
  • Experience with Learning Management and/or HRIS Systems
