PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
The goals of the Digital Supply Chain Customer Success Team are to drive renewals,adoption, expansion/up sells, and customer references.
The focus of this internship will be to learn about the different core dimensions of what it means to build a Customer Success organization. The intern will beable to develop knowledge and capabilities in the following areas: SAP Digital Supply Chain Solutions, Operations, Team Enablement, Audience Engagement.
Specific tasks and deliverables will initially relate to:
- SAP Internal and External Communications (email and Social Media)
- Customer Insight Harvesting
- Audience Engagement Planning and Execution
- Customer Engagement Meeting Asset Creation (PPT)
- Analytical Education/Experience (Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Economics, Accounting, Business)
- Supply Chain Preferred
- Data Management
- Detail Oriented
- Demonstrated Self Starter
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong Relationship/Interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML and Website maintenance
- Demonstrated previous experience in the above areas.
- Prefer someone who worked at SAP before.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration skills
