DEPARTMENT: System - Patient Care Svcs Admin.

Duties: Assist in managing the daily activities associated with supporting the administrative members and Patient Care Services. Will insure that all data is collected and placed in a reasonable format, as established by the Director. Will assist in managing appointments for the Director and assists in collecting confidential data for the administrative members. Will maintain an efficient filing system to include all files, financial data, minutes, and coordinate day to day operations of the office. Will transcribe correspondence and minutes accurately and within 48 hours per the discretion of the Director.Maintains open communications.

Requirements: An Associate degree preferred. High School education and at least one year of formal education or specialized training in related field.A minimum of 3-5 years experience in computer, business, and clerical is preferred.
