Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
  • Use HR databases to review, input and keep track of employee information
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files
  • Works in consultation with the Compliance Department to ensure and maintain complete and accurate personnel documentation
  • Works in consultation with the Compliance Department to distribute, maintain, and report on mandated personnel training and competencies.

Requirements:

  • 1 -2 years of prior Human Resources experience required
  • A proven track recording of executing HR-related tasks
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Hands on experience working with MS Office, and HR software (HRIS or HRMS)
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant fields
