The Rancho Bernardo HR team is searching to hire a HR Assistant to provide pertinent data to the HR team to help make the best business decisions. The HR Assistant will deliver reports displaying requested data to support HR and the business. This position manages competing priorities as they support the HR team and their diverse client groups. An agile approach is expected, while we manage conflict in a matrixed work environment.
The HR Assistant performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in areas such as employee records, benefits, education/training, employment,compensation, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and automated personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports. In accordance with procedures,furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures. This position directs general inquiries via online, by phone or in office appropriately to resolve the request.

Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience or High School diploma and 4 years experience within HR.
Expertise in MS Office application suite is a must.
Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years HR experience.
Phenomenal MSOffice Suite skills specifically in excel and powerpoint at a minimum.
