HR Assistant: Requiremnts
Must have 6 months of HR Assistance experience or RCFE, ARF
Must be able to pass a Background/Live Scan Check
You Will Be Responsible for High volume HR data entry and document management (paper and electronic)
Assist with on boarding of new hires Compile new hire, benefits, and new hire orientation packets.
Conducts audits and maintains HR files Provides excellent customer service Handles employment verification correspondence Inputs background checks and I-9 documents.
Light receptionist duties Prepare and maintain termination documentation for HR Supervisor Other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements 6 months experience in HR Department High degree of attention to detail and accuracy Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills Ultimate professionalism, communication and team work skills Efficient in handling office equipment (multi-line telephone, printer, etc.)
Have multi-tasking capabilities without compromising on quality. Must pass criminal background check This is afull-time position, working 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday Starting Pay depending on experience.
